FAQs

We suggest for efficient service that you have the following information ready: Make, Model, Production Year, and the Part you are requesting. Some parts may differ by option code or serial number. In this situation arises, we will help you to locate and provide us with the required information.

Your VIN number is usually located in one of three places. First, in the driver’s door well. Second, in the glove box. Third, on the driver’s side of the vehicle, at the bottom right side of the windscreen (facing the car). If you are still unable to locate the VIN number, it is also located on the vehicle’s registration.

Numerous factors alter how a car’s paint will fade over time. Ultimately, a car’s age and exposure to the natural elements dictates how the paint will perform over time. For best results, we suggest that you seek out an authorized collision repair shop to colour match for best results after purchase.

Before some parts can function properly (especially on vehicles produced post-2013), those parts must be re-programmed by an authorized dealer. If this is the case, we will notify you at the time of sale that the part will likely require re-programming.

Wheels are graded to account for curb rash, scratches, and in some cases finishing peeling. ‘A’ quality rims usually have light scratches and are generally the best quality available for that year and model. ‘B’ quality rims may have scratches and curb rash present. ‘C’ quality rims usually have curb rash, oxidization, and scratches present.
